WHAT IS THE ORIGIN OF TINTO DE VERANO?
Tinto de Verano “red wine of summer” is a traditional Spanish drink with more than 100 years of history.
Although its origin is not clear. It is said that it was born in Córdoba, where they beat the heat by mixing wine with cold carbonated lemon soda or soda water.
The result is a lighter, citrus-infused beverage with a lower alcohol content compared to Sangria. And dare we say, with that touch of effervescence, more refreshing than Sangria.
