Our Story

Welcome to Wild Wines. We are Zeeshan Khan and Shirley O'Connor.

Wild Wines are the purveyors of wines from around the world, focusing on sustainability. Over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and wine industry brought us to set up Wild Wines.

We love good food, good wine and like to share them with friends and family. It's a way of life. If the last few years have shown us anything, it is to be kinder to one another and the planet we share.

While choosing wines for the Wild Wines portfolio, we consulted friends from the industry and asked them what their customers are looking for in a wine. Combining this with over 14 years of designing wine lists for restaurants along the Wild Atlantic Way makes handpicking wine specifically suited for the Irish hospitality market second nature.

Wild Wines are conscious of offering affordable, quality wines sustainably produced from indigenous grape varieties. Our vision is to showcase producers from around the world who respect nature and make wines of integrity. These farmers/winemakers use viticulture practices which minimise the impact on ecosystems. Wild Winemakers have the environment at their heart and produce terroir-driven wines with minimal intervention without using chemicals.

In working with our customers and winemakers, we commit to doing more in terms of social responsibilities while being a champion for risk-taking winemakers who make honest wines for your customers' pleasure.
